BURNOUT
What are the different phases and mecanisms of a burnout ? 
Three separate workshop to learn how to deal with overwork. If you keep feeling depressed or can't enjoy the things you used to enjoy, you might be facing burnout. Overwork can occur not only at work but also at home.
First Session : The burnout process and definition
This workshop covers the different stages of burnout in the workplace and family.

- Definition of burnout and how it differs from depression
- Fluctuations in energy during recovery
- Common obstacles that block the path to recovery
- Different types of burnout and their specificities: burnout, bore-out, brown-out, blurr-out.
Second Session : Clinical tests

This workshop consists of three burnout tests to determine the level of burnout and clarify its source.

- A test on professional burnout, based on feelings at work
- A test on family burnout, based on feelings within the family sphere
- A test based on life events of the last 12 months

Third Session : Limiting believes related to burnout
This workshop promotes understanding of the link between our beliefs and our state of exhaustion.
We will discuss the following : 
- Why are our beliefs a key factor in the risk of exhaustion?
