2. Purpose

These General Terms and Conditions govern the use of the services provided by David Coach Pro.

By accessing this website or booking a service, the user acknowledges having read and accepted these Terms and Conditions without reservation.

3. Services

David Coach Pro provides coaching services, workshops, and conferences, either in person or online, including but not limited to individual coaching sessions, coaching programs, workshops, and conferences.

These services are intended for personal development, support, and professional guidance. They do not replace medical, psychological, or psychiatric diagnosis, treatment, or care.

4. Booking and Payment

Services are available by appointment through the website or by email.

Current prices are displayed on the website or communicated by the coach at the time of booking. David Coach Pro reserves the right to modify prices at any time. However, services already booked will remain charged at the rate applicable at the time of the reservation.

Accepted payment methods are:

• Bank transfer

• Credit or debit card

• Cash

 

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Clients may cancel an appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled session.

Any cancellation made less than 24 hours before the appointment, or failure to attend without prior notice, will result in the full session fee being charged.

6. No Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with applicable Belgian legislation, coaching services provided on a specific date and time are exempt from the statutory right of withdrawal (Article VI.53 of the Belgian Code of Economic Law).

If the client arrives more than 15 minutes late, the session may be considered cancelled and the full fee will remain payable.

7. Liability

The services provided are intended solely for personal development, career guidance, and well-being.

The coach is subject to an obligation of means, not an obligation to achieve specific results.

The client remains solely responsible for their own decisions, actions, results, and any consequences arising from the coaching process. David Coach Pro cannot be held liable for the absence of expected results or for any decisions made by the client.

Neither the website nor its owner shall be held liable for improper use of the services, force majeure events, technical issues, website interruptions, or system failures.

8. Confidentiality

All communications between the client and the coach are treated as strictly confidential.

However, the coach reserves the right to disclose confidential information if the client presents a clear and immediate risk of harm to themselves or others, in accordance with applicable legal obligations and the ethical standards of the International Coaching Federation (ICF).

9. Personal Data Protection

Personal data is processed in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

10. Intellectual Property

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Belgium.

In the event of a dispute, and failing an amicable resolution, the courts of the Judicial District of Nivelles shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

By booking a session or participating in any coaching service, the client acknowledges having read, understood, and accepted these General Terms and Conditions without reservation.
