Coaching sessions for companies and self-employed professionals can take place in one of my offices in Enghien or Soignies, or directly on-site.

RETURN-TO-WORK SUPPORT AFTER BURNOUT

Returning to work after a burnout is often a delicate stage, both for the employee and for the company.
Resuming professional activity does not simply mean “going back to how things were before”: it requires time, new reference points, and sometimes a different way of working.

Through a few targeted coaching sessions, I support employees during this reintegration phase to help them regain their place more calmly within their professional environment.

The goal is to encourage a sustainable return to work by focusing in particular on:

  • relapse prevention

This support helps employees feel better understood, better integrated, and more supported in their return to professional life.
